Overview

Country Lane Quilts operates this online store. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Country Lane Quilts. These terms and the policies linked below explain how the store may be used and how purchases are handled. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity.

Section 1 — Access and Accounts

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information. You must be legally able to make purchases, or use the store with the permission and supervision required by applicable law. Keep account credentials private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Review the description, dimensions, materials, and care instructions provided for an item before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Availability and listings may change. These statements do not limit the remedies described in our return policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods.

Section 3 — Orders and Returns

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected goods. An automated receipt confirms that the order was submitted; it does not resolve every availability or payment issue. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for unfulfilled items. Contact us promptly about changes or cancellation; we cannot guarantee a change once processing has progressed. Purchases are subject to our Returns and Refunds policy, including its 30-day return request window and 14-day damage, defect, or wrong-item reporting window.

Section 4 — Prices and Billing

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax. Any applicable tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before you submit payment. US shipping is free, with no minimum order amount. Provide accurate billing details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

We ship only within the United States. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and dispatched within 1–2 business days. UPS or FedEx transit takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, separate from processing. Contact us if a package is delayed or missing so we can investigate. Section 6 — Intellectual Property

Store branding and original content belong to Country Lane Quilts or the relevant rights holders. You may browse and use store content for personal shopping. Commercial reuse, redistribution, or unauthorized use of protected content requires permission from the appropriate owner.

Section 7 — Optional Tools

Some features may be delivered by independent providers. Their own terms may apply when you choose to use their tools. Read those terms and privacy notices before providing information or using an optional service.

Section 8 — Third-Party Links

Carrier, payment, and other external links lead to services operated by others. We do not control their content or availability. A link does not mean that we endorse every statement on the linked site. Contact the relevant provider about its own service.

Section 9 — Relationship with Shopify

Shopify supplies the platform that powers this store. You purchase goods from Country Lane Quilts, rather than from Shopify. Contact Country Lane Quilts about products, fulfillment, returns, and refunds. Shopify’s separate terms govern any services it provides directly to you.

Section 10 — Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and related choices. Shopify and enabled providers may also process information under their own privacy notices.

Section 11 — Reviews and Feedback

Submit only feedback you have the right to share. By providing a product review or other public submission, you permit us to display, reproduce, and format it to operate and promote the store. Do not include another person’s confidential information or misleading claims. Disclose incentives connected with a review.

Section 12 — Errors and Corrections

We may correct mistakes in descriptions, prices, or availability. If a correction affects an order already placed, we will contact you about the issue and available resolution. Any collected payment for canceled, unfulfilled items will be refunded.

Section 13 — Prohibited Uses

Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful conduct, harassment, intellectual property infringement, or distribution of malicious software. Do not impersonate others, misuse personal information, or interfere with checkout, account security, or normal store operations.

Section 14 — Automated Access and Agents

If you use an automated shopping assistant or agent, you remain responsible for the instructions and information you provide. Automated access must respect access restrictions and must not misrepresent identity, evade safeguards, or disrupt the store. An agent cannot commit us to terms we have not accepted.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, or violations of these terms. Ending access does not remove rights or obligations arising from completed transactions, including eligible returns, refunds, or legally required protections.

You are responsible for losses or third-party claims caused by your unlawful use of the store or infringement of others’ rights, to the extent established under applicable law. This provision does not make you responsible for our own unlawful conduct or remove mandatory consumer protections.

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Section 20 — Entire Agreement and Waiver

These terms and the store policies they reference describe the agreement governing your use of this store. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Section 21 — Assignment

You may not transfer obligations under these terms without our written agreement. Any lawful transfer of the store or its contractual rights will not reduce rights you have under applicable consumer law.

These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of Kentucky, where our business is based, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
