- Select the tracking link, or copy the tracking number.
- Enter the number on the official site for the carrier shown in your confirmation.

Shipping Timeline
- Destination: United States only.
- Shipping cost: free on all orders, no minimum spend.
- Processing: Monday through Friday, dispatch within 1–2 business days.
- Transit: UPS or FedEx, 3–5 business days after dispatch.
What the Status Means
- Label created
- The shipment details have been entered. The carrier may not yet have recorded receiving the package.
- In transit
- The package is moving through the carrier’s network.
- Out for delivery
- The carrier has scheduled a delivery attempt.
- Delivered
- The carrier has recorded delivery. Check its scan details or delivery photo, where available.
No Tracking Updates?
New tracking information may not appear until the carrier processes its first scan. If updates are missing or your delivery is delayed, contact us with your order number and tracking number so we can investigate.
Missing Confirmation or Package?
Check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find the shipping email. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery address, safe places, household members, or building reception, then contact us. For a suspected lost package, contact us with the order and tracking details so we can follow up with the carrier.
