Shipping policy

This policy explains delivery for orders placed with Country Lane Quilts. Please review it before ordering.

Shipping Destinations and Cost

We ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all US orders, with no minimum order amount.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Store opening hours and order-processing days are separate.

Carriers and Transit Time

We ship with UPS or FedEx. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Processing time is separate from transit time. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Use the tracking details in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. Tracking may not show movement until the carrier records its first scan. Visit our Order Tracking page for carrier links and assistance.

Order Changes, Cancellations, and Address Updates

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the requested change. We will check whether an update or cancellation is still possible. Changes may not be possible once processing or dispatch has progressed. Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Delayed, Missing, or Returned Packages

If delivery is delayed or tracking stops updating, email us with your order number and tracking details so we can follow up with the carrier. If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be found, check the delivery address, safe places, household members, and building reception, then contact us.

If a package is returned because of an incomplete address, a delivery issue, or non-collection, contact us so we can review the circumstances and discuss the available resolution. Any proposed additional delivery charge will be explained before you agree to it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and item. See our Returns and Refunds policy for the return process, costs, and refund timing.
